Transaction in own shares

Natasa announces that on 6 March 2013 it purchased 183,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 82 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, Natasa holds 378,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 28,863,951 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
