Noble  AIM VCT plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 2 July 
2010 the shareholders approved payment of a final dividend of 2.5p per share. 
The ex-dividend date is 14 July 2010 with an associated record date of 16 July 
2010.   The dividend will be paid on 13 August 2010.  It is intended to  operate 
the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme for this dividend.
