Offer for Subscription - Supplementary Prospectus 
 
Noble  AIM  VCT  plc  (the "Company") announces that it has  today  published  a 
supplementary prospectus in respect of the Offer for Subscription (the  "Offer") 
to  raise  up  to  GBP14,000,000  of New Ordinary  Shares  and  an  allocation  of 
GBP3,000,000 New Ordinary Shares under the Company's dividend reinvestment  scheme 
("Supplementary Prospectus"). 
 
The  Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority  and 
will  be available shortly for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document 
Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
