                                 BOARD CHANGES


New Media Lottery Services PLC, the AIM traded supplier and operator of lottery
systems and games for government sanctioned lottery programmes and charities,
announces that Randy Brownell is resigning from the Company with immediate
effect, due to family reasons.

NMLS is currently seeking a replacement CFO, preferably located within the UK.
In the interim Sterling Herbst, the Director of Operations, and John Carson will
provide oversight to the current Financial Controller. The Board would like to
thank Randy for his contribution to NMLS and wish him well for the future.
