Nordic Land Plc - In Liquidation ("Nordic Land" or the "Company")

Initial Distribution of 10.5 pence per share

The Board of Nordic Land is pleased to announce that on 26 January 2011 it approved the payment of an initial capital distribution of 10.5 pence per share (the "Initial Distribution"), following approval by shareholders of the summary winding up of the Company on 6 December 2010.

The Initial Distribution will be paid in sterling on 11 February 2011 to shareholders on the register as at 7 February 2011. The Company's shares will trade ex Initial Distribution on 4 February 2011.
