shareholders convening a General Meeting to be held on 8 July 2009 at the 
offices of Smith & Williamson, 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY at 11:30 a.m., at 
which a resolution will be proposed as a special resolution, to be decided on a 
poll, to approve the change of the Company's name to cScape Group plc.
