Update re final results for the year ended 31 March 2021

Ridgecrest, an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, announces that it will not be in a position to publish its final results for the year ended 31 March 2021 by 30 September 2021, in accordance with the AIM Rules. The Company expects to be able to finalise and publish these results in the coming weeks. The delay is due to a more protracted audit process arising from the disposal of the Company's recruitment businesses earlier in the financial year and which requires certain information to be provided by the acquiror of those businesses.

Trading was suspended in the Company's shares on 6 July 2021 pursuant to AIM Rule 15.
