Mizuho Holdings, Inc. has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mizuho 
Corporate Bank, Ltd. ("MHCB"), has decided to dissolve MHCB Data Services (USA),
Inc., as follows.

1.  The Subsidiary to be Dissolved

Corporate Name   : MHCB Data Services (USA), Inc.
Location         : 95 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City,New Jersey, U.S.A.
Representative   : Shigeo Ochi

2. Reason for Dissolution
The companies will go into dissolution as part of rationalization of MHCB'S 
operations in the Americas.
