    COPPERCO SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER NOTICE


    Mineral Securities Limited ("Minsec") advises that CopperCo Limited ("CopperCo") has today lodged a Form 604 in respect of Acceptances
it has received for its ongoing offer for Minsec shares.  The number of Acceptances reported including irrevocable undertakings by the
Minsec Directors is 69,601,282 or 44.24% of Minsec's shares in issue. A copy of the form may be found on the websites of Minsec and ASX
