Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

On 11th April 2011 the Company was notified that Mr James Berylson, a Non Executive Director of the Company, acquired 626 ordinary shares of GBP10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 760p per Ordinary Share, the highest market price ruling on 8th April.

The Ordinary Shares acquired by Mr Berylson are those Ordinary Shares which, following the outcome of the share consolidation approved by shareholders last year, represent the fractional entitlements nominated by shareholders to be sold for the benefit of the Help for Heroes charity. The proceeds of this sale amounting to GBP4,758 will be paid over to the charity.

Following this purchase, Mr Berylson's beneficial interest in the Company is 626 Ordinary Shares representing 0.045% of the issued share capital of the Company.
