Change of Accounting Reference Date

MWB Business Exchange Plc ("Business Exchange" or the "Company"), London's leading provider of serviced office space, today announces it has changed its accounting reference date from 30 June to 31 December.

The change will restore Business Exchange's accounting period to a calendar year end, which was previously used by the Company up to and including 31 December 2009. The accounting reference date was changed in the 2010/2011 financial period to accord with that of its holding company, MWB Group Holdings Plc.

Accordingly, the current 12 month accounting period which would have ended on 30 June 2013 has been shortened to a six month accounting period ending on 31 December 2012. The Company intends to announce audited financial statements for the six months ending 31 December 2012, by 31 March 2013. The subsequent financial period will cover the 12 months ending 31 December 2013, with the Company's half yearly financial report being for the six months ending 30 June 2013.

The Company also announces that its registered office has been changed to 1 West Garden Place, Kendal Street, London W2 2AQ.
