Further to the Company's announcement, released on the ASX on 20 November 2009 
and on AIM on 23 November 2009, in relation to the Company's proposed 
acquisition of cBox Pty Ltd ("cBox"), the Company advises that the proposed 
issue of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") 
in consideration for the acquisition of the issued shares in cBox will be issued 
at an issue price of AU$0.045 per Ordinary Share.
