Result of EGM

The Board of Metal-Tech announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolution to approve the making by the Company of the application to London Stock Exchange plc pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies for the cancellation of trading on AIM of all of the Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company was duly passed.

Consequently, the last day of dealings in the Ordinary Shares on AIM is expected to be 12 October 2012 with cancellation of trading of Metal-Tech Shares on AIM becoming effective at 8.00 am (UK time) on 15 October 2012.
