The original announcement should have stated that Mr. Rosenberg beneficially owns 30,825,448 ordinary shares in aggregate in the Company, and not 30,745,448. This total holding represents approximately 80.3 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and not 80.1 per cent as previously stated. All other information remains unchanged. Replacement - Director Shareholding

Metal-Tech has been informed on 24 October 2011 that Mr. Ariel Rosenberg, Executive Chairman and CEO of the Company, purchased 2,798,448 ordinary shares in the Company at 5.5 pence per share on the same day through a direct sale from Genesis Investment Management LLP (Genesis).

Genesis informed Metal-Tech that its investment fund does not invest in companies based in OECD member countries and, as Israel has joined the OECD, Genesis wished to sell its holding in Metal-Tech. Genesis has sold its entire shareholding in the Company and no longer holds any interest in Metal-Tech.

Following this purchase, Mr. Rosenberg beneficially owns 30,825,448 ordinary shares in aggregate in the Company (of which 27,270,000 are registered in the name of Hillah Consultants Ltd.). This total holding represents approximately 80.3 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

Aik Rosenberg, Executive Chairman and CEO of the Company, said: "I would like to thank Genesis for their long term support of Metal-Tech and we are sorry that for technical reasons they could no longer retain their shareholding in the Company."
