Metal-Tech, the producer and recycler of speciality metals such as Tungsten and Molybdenum, announces that Mr. Ronen Magen has resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect for personal reasons.

Mr. Aik Rosenberg, Executive Chairman and CEO of the Company, said: "I would like to thank Ronen for the work he has done as my deputy and for Metal-Tech and we wish him well for the future."
