Board Change 
Metnor announces that Peter Cussins, Group Chairman, has today informed the 
Board of his decision to stand down from the Board with effect from 15 April 
2009.  Mr Cussins will cease to be a Director of Metnor from that date. 
While Mr Cussins has only been with the Group for two years he has made a 
significant and valued contribution for which the Board remain grateful. 
A further announcement regarding the appointment of a new Chairman will be made 
in due course.
