    The Company was yesterday informed that John Rankin has made the following purchases of Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares")
in the Company:

    As a result of these transactions, John Rankin's combined holding in the Company with his wife Hazel Rankin is 2,911,007 Ordinary Shares
