("AGM")
Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's
leading independent omnichannel used vehicle retailer, today
announces that the following documents will be posted to
shareholders and submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the
National Storage Mechanism:

FY24 Annual Report and Accounts; and
·
Notice of the 2024 AGM ("Notice of AGM") to be
held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 24 July
2024 at Motorpoint Chingford, 1 Lea Valley Road,
Chingford, London, E4 7PX.
Copies of both documents are
available on the Company's website at: http://www.motorpointplc.com.
The results of voting will be
announced following the conclusion of the AGM and will also be
available on the Group's website.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, a
copy of the FY24 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM has
been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be
available for viewing shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
