                   Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company was advised on 13 February 2008 that Advance UK Trust Plc has
acquired a further 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Following the
acquisition, Advance UK Trust Plc has an interest in the share capital of the
Company amounting to 1,500,000 shares representing approximately 6.67% of the
total issued share capital of the Company.
