    Crucial Plan plc (the "Company") announces that directors Michael Neville and John Liwosz were re-appointed as directors of MinMet plc
on 18 July 2008, at which time, they became and remain the only directors of that company. MinMet plc is the holding company of MinMet (IOM)
Limited, a company holding 3,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "MinMet Shares"), which represents
6.37% of its issued share capital. Accordingly, Michael Neville and John Liwosz presently have effective voting control of the MinMet
Shares.
