LZYE announces that at the general meeting held earlier today all resolutions were passed.

The 246.707 new ordinary shares of GBP0.001 issued as a result of the share consolidation, and the 105,726 new ordinary shares the subject of the share subscription with Ideal Team Ventures Limited will commence trading on 8 July 2014.

The Company's new Ticker will be "MNCS".
