Posting of Circular and proposed change of name

LZYE announces that it has today posted a Circular to shareholders, together with a Notice of Meeting convening a general meeting for 11.00 am on 7 July 2014.

Resolutions are being proposed at the meeting, inter alia, to approve the disposal of LZYE Investment Limited, the approve the Company's investing policy, to effect a capital reorganisation, to grant the Directors authority to issue new shares in respect of the fundraising announced on 18 June 2014, to adopt new articles of association, and to effect the change of name to MNC Strategic Investments PLC.
