Proposal to Creditors

LZYE Group Plc (AIM: LZYE), the AIM listed company announces the result of proposals put to creditors. On 19 May 2014, the Company announced that it had sent a letter to creditors asking them to accept an 80% discount on balances due from the Company to them.

The Company now announces that creditors representing 73.9% by value have accepted the proposal.

The Company will make further announcements as and when appropriate.
