Medsea Estates Group plc (AIM: MEA), the Mediterranean-based property group,
was notified today that Neil Craven, non-executive director, purchased 50,000 
shares at 2.5p per share on Friday 15th February, increasing his holding in 
the Company to 1,050,000 shares representing 1.35% of the issued shares.
