                              Issue of new shares

The Directors of Medisico plc are pleased to announce that 500,000 new Ordinary
Shares of nominal value £0.001 each were today allotted at an issue price of £
0.01 to Alistair Stewart, on his appointment as the non-executive Chairman of
the board of directors in accordance with his Directors Service Agreement.

Total paid up issued share capital after the above allotment of shares is £
151,250 divided into 151,250,000 Ordinary shares of £0.001 each.
