The Company was notified on 12 December 2007 that Simon Johnson, the 
Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 50,000 shares on 11 December 2007 
at a price of 19.5p per share.  Following this acquisition Simon Johnson holds 
27,450,000 shares in the Company, representing 68.63% of the Company's issued 
share capital.
