Completion of reverse takeover of Paragon Creative Limited and fundraising of GBP2.5 million

The Company is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Paragon Creative Limited and the Placing of new Ordinary Shares at a price of 4 pence per share, as announced by the Company on 16 December 2011.

Shortly after Admission, the Company will be renamed Paragon Entertainment Limited.
