                              MAXJET AIRWAYS, INC

80.6% MAY REVENUE LOAD FACTOR BETWEEN NEW YORK AND LONDON

INTRODUCTION OF NEW JFK SATURDAY SERVICE

MAXjet Airways, Inc ("MAXjet" or the "Company"), the first low-fare,
all-business class airline flying between the UK and US, today announces that on
the back of a stronger-than-expected 80.6% revenue load factor between New York
and London in May 2007 and strong forward bookings, the airline is introducing a
new Saturday service during peak periods commencing in autumn of this year.

During May 2007 the Company achieved a systemwide load factor of 76.9%,
representing an increase of 1.5 percentage points over the corresponding figure
for April 2007. The Company's revenue load factor on the route between New York
and London was 80.6%, the first month in which loads exceeded 80%. MAXjet
Airways carried 4,169 revenue passengers between New York and London during May
2007.

MAXjet is also pleased to announce record systemwide bookings for June, July and
August. Advance bookings for MAXjet's new service to Los Angeles starting 30
August 2007 continue to be ahead of expectations.

As a result of customer demand and strong forward bookings, the Company
announces that it will add a new Saturday service between London and New York
during September, October and November 2007, bringing total weekly frequency
between New York and London to seven flights per week and establishing a daily
schedule.

Bill Stockbridge, CEO, MAXjet Airways, Inc commented,

"I am pleased to announce that our May 2007 load factors were significantly
stronger than expected. In particular, our New York load factors exceeded 80%
and we are adding capacity to meet demand. This further confirms that consumers
have embraced our low-fare Business Class model between London and cities across
the United States."
