    LITHO SUPPLIES Plc

    The Board of Litho Supplies Plc ("Litho" or the "Company"), the leading supplier of consumable products, analogue and digital equipment
and related services to the printing, graphic arts and corporate markets in the UK, announces that, as a result of the Company's planned
relocation of the central administration function from Bristol to the Company's head office in Breaston (Derbyshire) and further to previous
announcements, Mr Gerry Mitchell, Finance Director, has now left the Company.

    The Company is pleased to confirm the appointment of Simon Wellings as Finance Director and Company Secretary with immediate effect.  He
was previously Head of Finance and Company Secretary at Framing Solutions plc from January 2003 to March 2008. 

    Commenting on the appointment, Michael Hammond, Chief Executive, said: "We are delighted that Simon Wellings has agreed to join Litho's
Board. His breadth of general business and systems experience will be of great value to the business. On behalf of the Board I would also
like to thank Gerry Mitchell for his contribution to Litho and wish him every success for the future."

    There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of the listing rules.

    The Company's Registered Office has also now located to Longmoor Lane, Breaston, Derby, DE72 3BQ.
