ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Option Entitlement Issue - Closes

Latin Resources Limited (the Company) advises that it's Non-renounceable Option Entitlement Issue (Option Entitlement Issue) closed on Tuesday 28 May 2013 in accordance with the timetable set out in the Prospectus.

The Option Entitlement Issue closed with acceptances received for 37,450,876 Options raising approximately $374,509.

The Directors are pleased with the level of support from shareholders especially given the current environment.

The Company will now work with its advisors to place the Shortfall Options and will notify the market in due course.

Allotment and issue for initial acceptances is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 4 June 2013 together with the despatch of holding statements.
