The Company was informed on 20 January 2011 that FDS Pharma Ass and Related Parties disposed of 925,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") over 16 separate trades at an average price of 11.23 pence between 16 November and 13 December 2010.

Following these disposals FDS Pharma Ass and Related Parties have an interest in Lipoxen of 41,440,059 Ordinary Shares representing 23.38 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital in the Company.
