The Company was informed on 31 July 2009 that Igor Nikolaev disposed of 
100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 11.25 pence each on 
27 July 2009 and 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 11.42 pence each on 28 July 2009. 
 
 
Following these disposals Igor Nikolaev has an interest in Lipoxen of 3,000,000 
Ordinary Shares, representing 1.9 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital 
in the Company.
