Resignation of Director

Longships plc (AIM:LONG), announces that Mr Charles Cannon - Brookes, Investment Director, has resigned from the board of the Company in anticipation of the proposed acquisition of Proxama Limited that has also been announced today.

The board of Longships would like to thank Mr Cannon - Brookes for all he has done for the Company.
