                  LONGSHIPS PLC ("Longships" or the "Company") 
 
                              Holdings in Company 
 
 
Longships was yesterday informed that Arlington Special Situations Fund 
("Arlington") had placed its entire holding in the Company, which consisted of 
6,550,002 ordinary shares of 1p each and represented 28.38% of the Company's 
share capital, with professional investors at 14 pence per share. 
 
As a result of their participation in the placing the following have notified 
their disclosable interests as set out in the table below:

presented in the table below. Longships still has 23,080,002 Ordinary Shares of 
1p each in issue.
