As indicated in the preliminary announcement of the Company's results for 2006
which was issued on 1 May 2007, the Company has today despatched a notice to
shareholders convening an extraordinary general meeting for the purposes of
s142 (1) of the Companies Act 1985 to be held on 7 June 2007.
