London Forfaiting Company PLC has today been advised that Mr
Mark West, an executive director of London Forfaiting
Company PLC, has today 31 March 2000, sold 82,000 Ordinary
Shares of 40p each in the Company at a price of 24p per
share to a family trust in which he has a beneficial interest.

Following this transaction, Mr Mark West has a beneficial
interest in 512,000 Ordinary Shares of 40p each, which
remains unchanged.
