RE: Global X AgTech & Food Innovation UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - changes to the index methodology of the index of the Fund

Dear Investors,

The ICAV is an open-ended investment vehicle with variable capital organised under the laws of Ireland and is authorised by the Central Bank pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations 2011, as amended. The Fund is a sub-fund of the ICAV.

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the Solactive AgTech & Food Innovation v2 Index (the "Index").

The Index provider is updating the methodology of the Index with effect from 3 November 2023 to introduce a Minerva environmental and social governance screen, which the Index provider has advised will enhance the scope of the index and provide a more ESG-friendly product to all users (collectively, the "Index Methodology Update"). Full details on the new index methodology can be found on https://www.solactive.com/methodology-change-solactive-agtech-and-food-innovation-v2- index-effective-date-03-11-2023/. The Supplement will be updated to reflect the Index Methodology Update.
