The Notes are admitted to the official list of the FCA and to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mortgage Pool Option Holder has served notice on the Issuer to exercise the Call Option and accordingly the Notes and the Certificates shall be redeemed in full by the Issuer on the Interest Payment Date falling on 21 June 2023.
