Result of Extraordinary General Meeting


The Board of Kanyon announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on
27 April 2007 all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

The Company has applied for the 433,841,307 new ordinary shares of 0.1p to begin
trading on AIM from 3 May 2007.
