Kidron Industrial Holdings Ltd (hereinafter: "the Company") has announced to the
Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and to the Israeli Securities Authority as an immediate
report, that on 13 March 2007 the district court in Nazerat Ilit ordered that
the hearing in the matter of the Company's stoppage of proceedings (the Israeli
equivalent of a trustee under chapter 11 of the US law) shall be held on 26
March 2007 at 09:00 instead of on 28 March 2007.
