                        Subject: Dismissal of employees



1. Further to the Corporation's immediate report that was issued on February 5,
2007, regarding the Corporation's freeze of its business activity, the
Corporation hereby provides notice that in the afternoon hours of February
7, 2007, the Company issued dismissal notices to the majority of its
employees.



Most of the Corporation's obligations with respect to the termination of
employer-employee relations with permanent employees of the Corporation (as
compared to employees of manpower contractors) are covered by sums that were
allocated for such purpose and by regular, ongoing payments to pension funds and
/or to insurance companies.



The Corporation estimates that its exposure for the amounts that are not
covered, amounts to approximately NIS 300,000. In addition, the Corporation has
not yet paid its employees their salaries for January 2007, and the Corporation
estimates that its exposure amount with respect thereto amounts to NIS 900,000.
