Currency Hedging

Further to the announcement on 9th December 2008, the board of KGR Absolute
Return PCC Limited intends to increase the hedging of the Company's US$
exposure to two thirds of the current exposure with effect from 19th December
2008 and will announce further increases in the level of hedging in due course.
