C Share Conversion Ratio

On the basis of the net asset value of the Company's Cell Shares and C Shares
as at 31 July 2008, the C Share Conversion Ratio, calculated in accordance with
the Company's Prospectus dated 26 June 2008, is as follows:

0.8702 Cell Shares for every one C Share

On the basis of the Conversion Ratio:

A holder of 1,000 C Shares will receive 870 Cell Shares on Conversion

The expected timetable to Conversion of the C Shares is:
