Statement re Issue of Shares

    In light of continuing demand from both existing Shareholders and potential new
investors, the Board of Directors of KGR Absolute Return PCC Limited (the
"Company") announces that it is considering the possibility of raising new
monies within the next three months through a placing and offer for
subscription for Shares in respect of KGR Asia Dynamic 1 (GBP), an existing
cell within the Company.

The Company is a closed-ended protected cell company incorporated in Guernsey.
It was initially established in October 2005 with one Cell, namely KGR Asia
Dynamic 1 (GBP) (the "Fund"). The Fund is a fund of hedge funds, and its
investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation through
investment in a diversified multi-manager, multi-strategy portfolio of hedge
funds investing in Asia. It is seeking to achieve a sterling net annualised
return in excess of 12 per cent. with a volatility of less than 10 per cent.
over the course of an investment cycle (typically five years).

The Fund currently has net assets of approximately �49 million. Since its
launch on the London Stock Exchange on 22 November 2005, the Fund has seen its
net asset value increase from 98.25 pence per Share to an estimated 103.88
pence per Share (as at close of business on 14th April 2006). The Fund's Shares
have consistently traded at a premium to net asset value since the launch of
the Fund.
