    The Company would like to advise that the following holding of 10p Ordinary Shares were acquired by John W. Jordan II, principle at the
Company's Investment Adviser, on 22 May 2008:  
    John W. Jordan II (in the account of John W. Jordan II Revocable Trust) acquired 678,000 shares at an average price of 127.93 p per
share bringing the total holding in which he is interested to 8,764,372 shares, 8.98% of the share capital.
