    On 16th May, 2008 the Company was notified that Mr David Macfarlane, a Director, beneficially purchased, 25,000 Ordinary shares of 10p
each, fully paid, in the Company, at a price of 120.5p per share. 

    Following this announcement Mr. Macfarlane holds 40,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, equal to 0.04% of the Ordinary share
capital.
