Jarlway Holdings plc (the "Company") announces the results of its AGM held on
8th August 2008.

The directors announced that they were assessing their options regarding the
choice of the Company's auditors. Accordingly, the shareholders voted not to
re-appoint Baker Tilly UK Audit LLP as the Company's auditors at this moment.

The remaining resolutions were all passed by the shareholders.
