CLOSING OF BUSINESS COMBINATION WITH BURGER KING WORLDWIDE HOLDINGS, INC. AND COMMENCEMENT OF TRADING ON NYSE

Further to the announcement on 4 April 2012, the Company is very pleased to announce the closing of the business combination with Burger King Worldwide Holdings, Inc. and that trading of the newly formed combined entity, Burger King Worldwide, Inc. will commence on the New York Stock Exchange today. Any Justice shareholders who wish to hold their new Burger King Worldwide Inc. shares electronically should arrange for their DTC participant to contact Computershare U.S. at 201-222-4477.

Following the closing of the aforementioned business combination, the Board of the Company has resolved to commence the process of liquidating Justice, as per the terms of the business combination agreement.
