Justice Holdings Limited announces that it has today requested for the listing of its securities to be cancelled from the Official List of the FSA and for the admission to trading of its securities to be cancelled from the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The cancellation will take effect from 18 July 2012, being 20 business days following the date of this announcement.
