                      Commencement of trading on ShareMark


The Directors of JETCAM are pleased to announce that they have arranged for the
Company's shares to be traded on ShareMark.  Trading is expected to commence on
ShareMark on Monday, 17th February, 2003; the shares will continue to be traded
on AIM for the time being.

The Board has appreciated for some time that it is not easy for private
shareholders to trade efficiently in the Company's shares. Accordingly it has
arranged the trading facility on ShareMark, a market operated by The Share
Centre one of the UK's leading independent stockbrokers.  ShareMark is a market
regulated by the FSA where matched bargains are arranged through an auction
process.

Shareholders are able to trade on ShareMark either through their stockbroker or,
if they are an existing client of The Share Centre, through the home page at
www. sharemark.co.uk.


The Board believe that trading on ShareMark will assist all investors to trade
more efficiently and have a more transparent view of the potential trades in the
Company's shares. The ShareMark web site will also carry announcements made by
the Company.
